摘要
为解决硝酸铵发射药的吸湿问题,将硝酸铵发射药颗粒固结压实,用疏水性高分子材料包覆,得到一种新型模块硝酸铵发射药。采用干燥器平衡法,研究压实密度、基药颗粒长径比、硝酸铵含量、高分子包覆材料对该模块药吸湿性的影响。结果表明:压实密度越大、基药颗粒长径比越大、硝酸铵含量越小,模块硝酸铵发射药的吸湿性越小;模块硝酸铵发射药的吸湿性大大降低,远小于单基发射药。
To solve the moisture absorption problem of AN propellant,a new modular AN propellant was manufactured with AN propellant particles being pressed,consolidated and coated with hydrophobic polymer materials.The effects of compaction density,length-diameter ratio of base propellant particles,AN content and polymer coating materials on the moisture absorption property of propellant were studied by using dryer balance method.The results showed that:with increasing of compaction density or L/D of base propellant particles and decreasing of AN content,the moisture absorption property decreased.The moisture absorption property of propellant reduced greatly,so far less than single-base propellant.
