摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法以正硅酸乙酯、磷酸、乙醇和盐酸为原料合成了磷硅酸盐干凝胶,并研究1%(wt,质量分数)硫酸钛掺杂的磷硅酸盐凝胶的导电性能。热分析测定表明20~100℃时,样品因物理吸附水的蒸发失重,130~180℃时,样品因结构水的脱出失重。掺杂改性后样品稳定性得到了极大的增强。样品电导率测试表明在60~180℃温度内,160℃时达到最大值5.4×10^(-2)S/cm。稳定性测试表明掺杂能大大提高样品的化学稳定性。
The phosphosilicate gel was synthesized using TEOS,phosphoric acid,ethyl alcohol,hydrochloric acid as raw materials by sol-gel method.The conductivity of 1wt%titanous sulfate doped phosphosilicate gel was tested.The thermal analysis testing proved thatat 20~100℃,sample for water vapor evaporation was observed.At 130~180℃,weight loss for physical adsorption of water vapor was also observed.It revealed that the stability of 1 wt% titanous sulfate doped phosphosilicate gel was greatly enhanced.The plot of the total conductivities of sample in air at 60~180℃ showed that its maximum value was 5.4×10^(-2)S·cm^(-1) at 160℃.Determination of the sample stability proved that doping can greatly improve the chemical stability of sample.
