引起制动盘几何尺寸变化的影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 制动盘几何尺寸的变化是导致车辆制动抖动的根本原因,从振源方面降低制动抖动的发生几率,就要重点研究引起制动盘几何尺寸变化的因素。文中重点分析了摩擦副的配合、拖滞力矩、轮毂螺栓打紧顺序等因素对制动盘几何尺寸变化的影响。利用台架试验对各因素进行单一变量分析,确定了各因素的影响程度。试验研究表明,摩擦副的配合、拖滞力矩对制动盘几何尺寸的变化较为明显,而轮毂螺栓打紧顺序会导致轮毂的端面跳动从而引起制动盘厚薄差的变化。 The change of brake disc geometry is the main reason which causes vehicle brake judder,to reduce the probability of brake judder,it should put focus on the factors that cause variation of brake disc geometry. It gives an analysis on the matching of the friction pair,dragging hysteresis torque,abrasion,tightening order of hub bolt which may cause the change of brake disc geometry. It adopted the method of single variable analysis to study the influence of these factors that based on the test of bench. Experimental research showed that the matching of the friction pair,drag hysteresis torque play a main role on the change of brake disc geometry and the tightening order of hub bolt will lead to the hub face run out then cause the change of the brake disc thickness.
