摘要
多层微波材料阶梯板由于其材料、结构的特殊性,其阶梯槽边溢胶量控制、层间结合力一直是此类型板的控制难点。为改善压合槽边溢胶、层间结合力的问题,进行测试对比验证,抓取最佳压合生产参数,为此类型板压合生产提供技术参考。
Due to the particularity of the material and structure,multilayer microwave material ladder board has the control difficulty in the ladder groove edge glue quantity control,interlayer binding force.Through testing different conditions for verification,this paper focuses on improving groove edge glue,interlayer adhesion problem fetching the optimum parameters of the pressing production,and provides the technical reference for this type of plate bonding.
