The new Roles of Librarian in E-science Environment

图书馆员是向用户提供信息服务的专业人员,新的环境对图书馆员提出了新的要求。通过分析E-science环境对图书馆产生的影响,给出了新时期和新环境赋予图书馆员的新角色,让图书馆员更清楚自己的新任务,给出了图书馆员如何主动适应新角色的建议,促使其有针对性的提高自身能力,更好的胜任新时代的信息服务工作。

Librarian is professional who provides information service for users,and new environment has brought new requirements.Through analyzing the impacts of e-science environment on library,this paper gave the new roles of librarians in the e-science environment to make them know new mission,and proposed some advice on how to adapt to the new roles,so as to promote librarians to improve their ability and carry out information service better in new era.
