摘要
依据有关理论探讨了公共图书馆为视障人群服务的定位,围绕此定位,分析目前国内服务保障体系中存在的若干问题,提出了解决对策,同时阐述了拓展服务以提高实效性的一些举措。
Based on the related theories,this thesis explored the location of public library service for visual handicapped group.Concentrating on this location,it analyzed the existed problems in current domestic service guarantee system and proposed solutions,and then elaborated some measures which expanded service methods to raise the service efficiency.
