摘要
目的探讨强脉冲光联合洁悠神长效抗菌材料治疗腋臭的临床疗效及安全性。方法将70例腋臭患者按随机数字表法分为A组与B组,每组35例,A组给予强脉冲光联合洁悠神长效抗菌材料治疗,B组给予小切口皮下剪除术治疗。比较2组的临床疗效和术后并发症发生情况。结果 A组痊愈10例,显效16例,有效5例,无效4例,总有效率为74.30%;B组痊愈12例,显效17例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率为82.86%;2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.76,P>0.05)。A组术后血肿1例;B组血肿1例,皮肤坏死2例,伤口感染或裂开1例,瘢痕4例;A组术后并发症发生率显著低于B组(2.86%比22.86%,χ2=4.59,P<0.05)。结论强脉冲光联合洁悠神长效抗菌材料治疗腋臭的临床疗效与小切口皮下剪除术治疗腋臭的临床疗效相似,但术后并发症明显减少。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light combined with JUS long-acting antibacterial material in the treatment of bromhidrosis.Methods Seventy patients with bromhidrosis were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 patients in each group.The group A was treated with intense pulsed light and JUS long-acting antibacterial material.The group B was treated with subcutaneous pruning through a small incision.Clinical efficacies and postoperative complications were observed in both groups.Results In group A,10 patients were cured,16 patients achieved significant improvement,5patients achieved moderateimprovement,and 4underwent ineffective treatment.In group B,12 patients were cured,17 patients achieved significant improvement,3patients achieved moderate improvement,and 3underwent ineffective treatment.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between group A and group B(74.30% vs 82.86%,χ2=0.76,P〉0.05).Among the 35 patients in group A,postoperative hematoma occurred in 1.Among the 35 patients in group B,hematoma occurred in 1,cutaneous necrosis in 2,wound infection or rupture in 1,and scar in 4.The incidence of postoperative complications in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(2.86% vs 22.86%,χ2=4.59,P〈0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment with intense pulsed light and JUS long-acting antibacterial material has a similar efficacy to small incisionalsubcutaneous pruning for bromhidrosis,but results in a significant decrease in postoperative complications.
