彩色多普勒超声在喉癌诊断中的应用价值

Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Laryngeal Cancer

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在喉癌诊断中的应用价值。方法对50例临床初诊喉癌患者行彩色多普勒超声检查,并与术后病理结果对比。结果 50例患者术后病理确诊喉癌42例。术前超声诊断阳性38例、阴性12例,其中假阳性3例、假阴性7例。术前超声诊断正确率为83.33%,漏诊率为16.66%,敏感性为83.33%,特异性为62.50%。结论彩色多普勒超声检查用于临床喉癌的诊断具有较高的正确率,可为临床诊断喉部恶性占位性病变提供重要的诊断参考价值。

Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer.Methods Fifty patients with suspected laryngeal cancer underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination.The ultrasound findings were compared with the postoperative pathological results.Results Among the 50 patients,laryngeal cancer was pathologically confirmed in 42.Preoperative ultrasonic diagnosis showed positive results in 38 patients and negative results in 12 patients,including false-positive results in 3and false-negative results in 7.The accuracy rate,missed diagnosis rate,sensitivity and specificity of preoperative ultrasound for diagnosing laryngeal cancer were 83.33%,16.66%,83.33%and 62.50%,respectively.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has a higher accuracy for diagnosing laryngeal cancer,and provides an important diagnostic reference for diagnosing laryngeal malignant space-occupying lesions.
