地铁车站附属工程仰挖施工风险及控制措施研究 被引量:4

摘要 地铁车站附属工程爬坡段仰挖施工大多是在工期、进度等压力下被动采用的一种施工方法,施工风险比较大。为降低施工风险,确保安全,须从设计、施工及管理等方面严格管控。以北京地铁7号线暗挖车站10处仰挖附属工程为依托,在对比分析地铁车站附属工程各类施工方法优缺点的基础上,系统研究了仰挖施工的技术及管理措施,分析了仰挖施工的工程进度与地表沉降规律。监测结果表明,在综合采取设计、施工及现场管控措施后,仰挖施工在安全风险及对周边环境影响方面得到了有效控制,地表沉降控制效果较好。 The down-top excavation method,with large construction risk,could be chosen when the construction scheme is short. The design,construction and management have to be controlled so as to guarantee the safe construction and to reduce the construction risk. In this paper,the comparison is made among the construction methods of ancillary works of mined Metro station on Line No. 7 of Beijing Metro in terms of advantages and disadvantages; and then the construction technology and management technology of down-top excavation method are systematically studied. Finally, the construction scheme of down-top excavation method and the rules of ground surface settlement are analyzed. The monitoring data show that the safe construction has been guaranteed; the influence of down-top excavation on surrounding environment has been minimized and the ground surface settlement has been brought under effective control.
