Reconstruction of Lubricants Station for Sliding Bearing Test Rig

针对滑动轴承试验台润滑油站加热过程中易发生局部过热及无精油过滤的问题,分别进行了改造,增加了内循环回油管路来实现润滑油的动态加热,添加过滤口及滤油车来实现润滑油站精油过滤功能。改造后的试验台润滑油站具有动态加热及精油过滤的功能,从而保证了滑动轴承试验台的长期高效运行。

Aiming at the problems involving local overheating during heating process at the lubricating station in sliding bearing test rig resulting in no fine lubricants to be filtered, respective renovations are carried out to achieve dynamic heating of the lubricants by adding the oil return line for internal circulation and restore the filtration function for the fine lubricants at the lubricating station by adding filtering bowl and filtering cart. After renovation, the lubricating station in the test rig possesses the functions of dynamic heating and fine lubricant filtration to ensure the bearing test rig for long-term high-efficient operation.
