摘要
智能化工程事故预警系统是中国石油渤海钻探工程技术物联网平台上的一个子系统,也是物联网系统的核心技术。在阐述该系统总体设计思路的基础上,介绍了系统判断流程,并结合井漏模型的研究和设置介绍了预警模型数据库的建立过程,同时对测试过程中发现的问题和解决途径进行了归纳分析。采用智能化预警对于有效提高钻井工程异常预警水平、减轻操作人员的负担和弥补其经验的不足、降低工程事故发生风险的概率具有积极的意义。该智能化工程事故预警系统尚处于初期研究应用阶段,预警模型还有待进一步改进和完善。
Intelligent engineering accident early warning system is a subsystem of the Bohai Drilling Engineering Techniques Internet of Things platform and a core technology on the Internet system.Based on the explanation of the overall system design ideas,the authors introduced the system determined processes,and combined with the research and set of well lost circulation model,described the process of database establishment of the early warning model,summarized the problems and solutions found during testing.Using intelligent warning has a positive meaning to effectively improve drilling engineering abnormal warning level,reduce the burden on the operator and make up their lack of experience,and reduce the risk of engineering accidents.The intelligent engineering accident warning system is still in the early stages of research and application,early warning model should be further improved and perfected.
