摘要
选取侧柏、大叶黄杨、广玉兰、女贞和椤木石楠等5种北方常绿植物的叶片,经未处理组(-5℃)、升温处理组(0℃)和降温处理组(-20℃),分别于处理24h和48h时对叶片中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸以及丙二醛的含量等4种生理指标进行测定,并通过隶属函数法进行抗寒性综合评价。结果显示,5种常绿植物抗寒能力由大到小排序为:广玉兰>大叶黄杨>椤木石楠>女贞>侧柏。
The leaves of 5 evergreen plants from northern China were collected and classified into 3 types : untreat-ed, high temperature treated and low temperature treated. The contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, free pra-line and malonaldehyde were measured at 24hs and 48hs after treatment. A comprehensive evaluation of cold-re-sistance was given based on subordinate function value analysis. The results showed that the order of cold-resist-ance was Magnolia grandiflora 〉 Euonymus japonicus 〉 Photinia davidsoniae 〉 Ligustrum luncidum 〉 Platycladus orientalis.
