摘要 动压气体轴承陀螺电机(以下简称动压电机)具有高的质心稳定性、超长寿命、高的可靠性等一系列特点。介绍国内外动压陀螺电机的研究动态,特别针对动压电机类型及材料设计技术、轴承清洗技术、除气技术、研具技术、表面改性技术以及电机的可靠性筛选技术等,提出一些新的技术思路和措施,并且可应用于实际工程应用中,进一步提高动压电机可靠性。 The dynamic hydrodynamic gas bearing gyroscope motor will be provided with centroid stability,long-period and high reliability. This paper discussed the development and application of technology of the dynamic hydrodynamic gas bearing gyroscope motor. The technology of new materials,material model,lap tool selection and designs,degassing technology,surface modification technology, reliability screening technology were applied to the dynamic hydrodynamic gas bearing. This paper presented some new ideas and methods in the end,which were used for the gas bearing to guarantee reliability.
