基层部队医院门诊处方点评与分析

Analysis of Outpatient Prescription in Hospital of Basic Level Troops

目的通过处方点评,规范基层部队医院医生处方书写,促进合理用药。方法回顾性分析2014年门诊处方2 620张,对处方进行书写规范性与用药合理性审查。结果在2 620张处方中:合格处方2 250张,处方合格率为85.87%;不合格处方370张,其中不规范处方175张,用药不适宜处方190张,超常处方5张。结论门诊处方存在书写不规范及用药不合理的现象,需加强处方监管,规范处方书写,提高合理用药水平。

Objective To regulate doctor＇s prescription writing and the promote rational medication through analysis of pre- scription. Method From January to December 2014, a total of 2620 outpatient prescriptions were retrospectively analyzed on writ- ing regulation and rational medication. Result Among the 2620 prescriptions, the qualified prescription were 2250 with qualified rate of 85.87%. Unqualified prescriptions were 370, in which 175 prescriptions were not normative, 190 prescriptions were with unsuitable medication, and 5 prescriptions were extraordinary prescriptions. Conclusion Outpatient prescription has the prob- lems of no normative writing and irrational medication. The supervision on prescriptions needs to be strengtlened to regulate pre- scription writing and improve rational medication.
