摘要
通过QC小组活动,使卫生监督文书归档及时率由30.13%提高到99.1%,提高了卫生监督文书归档效率,保障了卫生监督文档的完整,为卫生监督执法规范化、系统化做出了有益尝试。
Through QC group activities, timeliness ratio of health surveillance files archiving increased from 30. 13% to 99.1% , which improved the archiving efficiency of health surveillance files, ensuring the complete of health surveillance files, and make a useful attempt for standardization and systematization of law enforcement of health surveillance.
