摘要
分析了宁夏医科大学总医院医院集团垂直管理模式存在的问题:医院集团尚未形成,组织结构不清晰,沟通协调机制不畅等。提出要加强医院集团的文化整合,调整组织架构,畅通信息和沟通渠道,明确责、权、利关系,健全决策和领导机制、监控和激励机制,从而实行资源共享,实现医疗优化配置和优势互补,促进医院集团的健康发展。
The problems in vertical management mode of hospital group in General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University were analyzed, which included the not yet formed hospital group, the unclear organizational structure, the poor communication and coordination mechanisms. Countermeasures were proposed including strengthening cultural integration in hospital group, ad- justing organizational structure, improving information and communication channels, clearness of relationship among responsibili- ties, fights and interests, improving decision - making and leadership mechanism, monitoring and incentives mechanism, in order to implement resource sharing and realize the optimal allocation of medical resources and complementary advantages, and to pro- mote the healthy development of the hospital group.
