摘要结合加拿大家庭医学特点,分析家庭医生在我国的发展现状,分别从完善我国家庭医生继续教育体系、构建高效支撑和管理平台等方面提出意见,并以社区老年人看护及慢性病管理为切入点,提出了目前家庭医疗制度改革的相关建议。 Based on the features of family medicine in Canada, the development status of family doctors in China was ana- lyzed. Advices were proposed from aspects of family doctors continue education system, establishment of efficient support and management platform. Taking the elderly care and chronic disease management in community as starting points, recommendations were proposed for the current family medical system reform.
