摘要
根据商用车柴油发动机冷起动和后预热要求,进行空气加热器的匹配设计,并针对发动机排量的不同而对相应空气加热器功率进行初步估算。最后,根据Ni Cr和Fe Cr Al两种电热合金的比较,确定空气加热器中加热片的选取材料。
According to the cold start and after preheating requirements of the commercial vehicle diesel engine, the matching design for its air heater is presented, and the corresponding power of the heater is preliminarily estimated according to different engine displacement. Finally, based on the comparison of the two electrothermal alloys： NiCr and FeCrA1, the material of the heating sheet used in air heater has been determined.
