摘要
沿元托帽沟敷设的成品油管道发生泄漏后,如遇明火可能在沟道内引发池火灾,严重威胁附近人员生命安全。由于沿沟敷设管道泄漏形成的油池呈现带状,现有文献中的池火灾模型对其并不适用,因此,需要针对带状池火灾的特点建立对应计算模型,计算带状油池最大面积,将带状油池划分为多个微小方形油池,计算各方形油池的热辐射量,相互叠加,即可得带状油池在不同距离上的总热辐射量。查阅相关文献,确定热辐射阀值为25 k W/m2,按上述带状池火灾方法计算出兰成渝管道元托帽沟段发生带状池火灾的最小安全距离为168 m。
Leakage of product oil pipeline in Yuantuomao river is likely to cause long strip pool fire accident and it could prompt life- threatening injuries. A new computer model based on long strip pool fire accident has been builtbecause existing models is inapplicability.The new model is to calculate oil bath maximum area and divide numbers of square oil bath.Superimposed thermal radiation magnitude of every square oil bath is total thermal radiation magnitude of long strip pool fire. According to related literatures, the thermal radiation magnitude domain value is 25 k W/m^2, and the minimum safety distance of Lanchengyu oil pipeline in Yuantuomao river is determined to 168 m.
