摘要
风险评估能够通过分析部分管段的失效概率因素得出整段管线的相对失效概率,从而减小管线发生风险的概率,因此进行管线腐蚀风险评价并且采取有效控制方法对集输系统具有重要意义。以西部某输油管线为例,将管线分为13段,依据管线风险评价体系,相应编制出风险评价计算软件,对输油管线各管段进行失效概率评估。将管线风险评估分为4个基本模块,基于各模块失效概率,计算出管线各管道的风险值,可得出:管段1的相对失效概率较高,其原因是管道的腐蚀较为严重;风险评估的结果是管段13风险值最高;腐蚀、第三方破坏是该管线的主要问题,应加强管线的腐蚀防护系统的维护及改造。
Risk assessment could reduce the risk probability of pipeline by analyzing the failure probability of partial pipeline. Pipeline corrosion risk assessment and to take effective methods to control the corrosion of the gathering and transportation system is significant.Take a oil pipeline in west China as an example,based on the pipeline risk assessment system, the corresponding risk assessment calculation software has been developed to evaluate the failure probability of pipeline segment.The pipeline risk assessment coule be divided into four basic modules, bases on each modulesfailure probability, the risk value of pipeline could be calculated in sections. According to the results, section1 has the highest failure probability for its severe corrosion. Section13 has the highest risk value. corrosion and the third party damage is the main problem of the pipeline, the maintenance and renovation of pipeline corrosion protection system should be strengthen.
