摘要
为了有效降低含聚污水对环境的影响,综述了聚丙烯酰胺的应用和含聚污水的特征,以及降解聚丙烯酰胺的方法,介绍了聚丙烯酰胺生物降解研究现状及其作用机理。研究表明,生物降解法以及生物结合物理化学降解法是研究的重要方向,生物降解含聚废水具有成本低、无污染等特点;微生物降解含聚污水时,多菌混合作用相对于单菌作用效果更好;通过基因工程手段改变降解酶的调节机制,将更有利于污水的资源化利用。
For the effective treatment of polymer- bearing wastewater to protect environment, this paper provides an overview of the application of polyacrylamide and poly- sewagecharacteristics, as well as the degradation approach of polyacrylamide, highlighting the polyacrylamide biodegradation studies and the action mechanism. Biological degradation or biological combined with physical and chemical degradation become important research interests. Biodegradation of polymer- bearing wastewater is low cost and non- polluting. For microbial degradation of polymer-bearing wastewater,many bacteria mixed function is better relative to the single bacteria.Studying on reforming the regulatory mechanisms of enzymes by means of genetic engineering,more progress can be made for sewage resource utilization.
