摘要
面对我国制造业持续下滑的态势,转型已经势在必行。文章提出并分析了新兴市场中的两项关键能力(创新能力、关系能力)对制造业向服务转型的驱动效应。层级调节回归结果表明,相比较关系能力,创新能力是建立服务优势的主要驱动力。进一步地,激烈的市场竞争会削弱创新能力的作用效应,关系能力却有助于制造业防御市场竞争的威胁。研究结果对中国制造企业进行服务转型具有较强的理论与实际意义。
The transition has been imperative for Chinese manufacturing industry in the face of continued downward trend. Thispaper puts forward and analyzes the driving effects of two types of key capabilities(innovation capabilities and relationship ca-pabilities) in the emerging markets on service transition of manufacturing. Using a dataset of Chinese manufacturing enterprisessurvey,The hierachical regression results show that innovation capabilities are more important for successful transition in comparisonwith relationship capabilities. Moreover,the fierce market competition will weaken the effect of innovation capabilities,whereasrelationship capabilities are conducive to manufacturing to defend against the threat of market competition. The study results havestrong theoretical and practical significances to service transition of Chinese manufacturing industry.
