人才集聚视角下的中原经济区增长极培育研究

A Research on Cultivating the Growth Pole of the Central Plains Economic Region from the Perspective of Talent Gathering

中原经济区作为我国重点发展规划区,有着极大的发展潜力,然而当前其存在着较为严重的人才流失现象,这在一定程度上制约了其快速发展。而培育增长极是吸引人才集聚的有效途径之一。文章在系统梳理国内外理论的基础上,阐释了增长极带动人才集聚的理论机制,剖析了当前中原经济区人才集聚的现状,综合运用灰色关联度模型和城市流强度模型进行计算,甄选出了中原经济区应该优先发展的三级增长极,并从交通一体化、产业增长极和城市增长极三个方面提出了该区域培育增长极进而带动人才集聚的具体路径。

As the keystone of the regional development planning,the Central Plains Economic Region has a tremendous poten-tial in economic development. But the phenomenon of brain drain is serious,which restricts the rapid development of regionaleconomy to a certain extent. Therefore,cultivating the growth pole is one of the effective ways to attract talent gathering. On thebase of systematically reviewing the domestic and foreign researches,this paper expounds the theoretical mechanism of growthpole to drive talent gathering,analyzes the present situation of talent gathering of the Central Plains Economic Region,compre-hensively applies both the gray correlation degree model and the urban flow intensity model to select the three growth poles forthe region,which should be given priority to the development. And this paper,from the three aspects of traffic integration,in-dustry growth pole and urban growth pole,puts forward the specific path of cultivating the growth pole and driving talent gath-ering for the region.
