中国外汇储备现状分析与对策研究

Present Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Study of China's Foreign Exchange Reserves

截至2015年末,中国外汇储备累计约达3.4万亿美元。自从2006年2月底中国外汇储备达到8 526亿美元超过日本,到现在10年的时间,中国的外汇储备持续增长并一直位居世界外汇储备第一,巅峰时期拥有全世界外储总量的三分之一。然而如此巨大的外汇储备给中国带来一系列利益的同时,也暗藏了各种隐忧。文章在对当前世界形势和中国外汇储备发展形势分析基础上,提出一些对中国未来外汇管理有用的建议。

China＇s foreign exchange reserves accumulated approximately $3.4 trillion by the end of 2015. China＇s foreign ex-change reserves, reaching $852.6 billion, have exceeded Japan since the end of February 2006. China＇s foreign exchange re-serves continue to grow and take the first place in the world in having foreign exchange reserves in the ten years to now. Chinahad one third of the world＇s total reserves at its peak. However, such a huge amount of foreign exchange reserves bring a seriesof benefits to China, but also a variety of hidden worries. This paper puts forward some useful suggestions on China＇s foreignexchange control in the future by making an analysis on the current world situation and the development situation of China＇sforeign exchange reserves.
