摘要
通过对年产20万t铬矿球团预还原项目试验分析,论述了铬矿球团预还原的工艺流程和主要设备选型及球团直接热装入炉工艺。通过对铬矿球团预还原工艺技术参数的优化,得出了铬矿球团预还原原料的优化配比和还原度指标,同时通过直供电炉热装试验优化还原剂的粒度和配比,实现了电炉的稳定运行,并取得了最佳技术经济指标。试验结果证明:在资源枯竭,能源紧张的现实条件下,采用球团预还原工艺处理铬粉矿,用于铬铁合金冶炼是最佳方法,也是未来的发展方向。
It expounds the flow chart of chrome ore pellet prereduction, main equipment selection as well as pellet direct hot charging though experiment analyses on 200 000 t/a chrome ore pellet prereduction project. The optimal raw material ration and reduction degree indexes have been obtained by means of technical parameters optimization of the chrome ore pellet prereduction. Meanwhile, the optimization of reductant size and ration by adopting direct supply furnace hot charging experiment realizes stable operation and best technico-economical indexes. The experiment shows that under resource depletion conditions, the treatment of chrome fines with pellet prereduction is the best metallurgical method for ferrochrome, points out future development.
