摘要
现行常规的火电厂脱硫废水处理系统,存在设备故障率高、较难除净重金属离子和无法除去氯离子等诸多缺点。试验利用电厂废热对脱硫废水进行常温蒸发,从试验前、后水质测试结果可知,试验减量浓缩效果显著,该技术的热交换过程温升小,蒸发过程全部发生在蒸发单元的气相和液相的界面,基本消除了结垢风险,对系统进水水质要求低,可根据电厂脱硫废水的实际情况仅需简单调整p H值即可进行蒸发处理,节省了大量的药剂费用。由于属于常温常压范围,大大降低了高含盐量条件下的设备腐蚀风险,减少了设备制造成本,使脱硫废水零排放技术的大规模推广成为可能。

In this study, the use of waste heat from power plants over the desulfurization wastewater evaporation at room temperature. Comparative experiment shows that water quality tests before and after, experimental reduction concentrated significant effect, temperature rise of the heat exchange process technology, e- vaporation process occurred in all the vapor and liquid evaporation unit interface, basically eliminating the risk of fouling,low water quality requirements for the system, Just a simple adjustment of the pH value can be based on the actual situation of the power plant desulfurization wastewater evaporation process can be carried out, save a lot of pharmaceutical costs, because they belong to the range of temperature and pressure, greatly re- duces the risk of equipment corrosion under conditions of high salinity. It can reduced equipment manufacturing costs and made wastewater zero emissions technology large - scale promotion possible.
