多管湿式静电除尘器等压入口设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对多管湿式静电除尘器入口烟气均布的要求,基于流体力学原理,提出了入口等压烟道布置方式,分析了沿程压力分布模型,并通过FLUENT软件对某电厂600MW机组配套多管湿式静电除尘器内部流场进行了数值模拟。结果表明,采用等压入口烟道后阳极管束入口截面速度和粉尘浓度分布均匀,系统阻力损失较小,入口截面气流均布系数小于0.2。该等压入口设计能够降低以往导流设计的复杂性,节约成本,便于施工。 In order to meet the uniformity requirements of flue gas in multi- tube wet electrostatic precipitators ( WESP), a type of isostatic inlet flue was put out based on aerodynamics, and then, the pressure distribution model was analyzed. Numerical simulation for a multi - tube WESP of 600 MW unit was implemented using the commercial software FLUNET. Results show that this design can get a more uniform velocity distribution as well as dust concentration. The system pressure drop was let cross - section of anode bundle was less than O. 2. optimization, lower cost, and facilitate construction.
