国内燃煤电厂湿式电除尘器应用前景分析 被引量:7

摘要 为治理PM2.5,改善空气质量,三部委联合下发《煤电节能减排升级与改造行动计划(2014-2020)》,加强对烟尘、SO2、NOx等的排放控制,解决现运行电厂存在的细微颗粒物排放不达标、烟气二次污染带来的石膏雨以及蓝烟问题。湿式电除尘器作为控制大气复合污染物的精处理装置,可以作为烟囱前的最后一道技术把关。分析了湿式电除尘器工作原理、结构特点和布置形式,综合国内外技术流派特点和应用情况,就国内电厂湿式电除尘器应用前景做出分析,可为电厂选型提供参考依据。 To control PM2.5 and improve air quality, the three ministries jointly issued the Upgrading and Fransformation of Coal Energy- Saving and Emission Reduction Action Plan (2014 -2020)to strengthen the control of dust, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and other emissions, and resolve the problems about fine particulate, gypsum rain and blue smoke which caused by secondary flue gas pollution in running power plants. Wet Electrostatic Precipitators can be used as a fine processing device,to control the complex atmospheric pollutants before the chimney. It analyzes the works, structural features and layout form of WESP, and draw a conclusion about the wet ESP application prospects in domestic power plants on integrating foreign technical characteristics and applications, which can provide a reference for plant selection.
