Since the start of last year,businesses in great numbers have been revolved in a surge of foreign mergers and acquisitions,the aim of these enterprises is to buying on the dips on the scenario of global economic downturn. Rising number of big deal and an aggressive effort to expand shocked the world. However, if we review the effects, it may not be acceptable, a great number of acquisition may be under the regulatory authorities' pressure, also there are other problems, such as labor, regulatory authorities, taxes, settlement disputes, management docking and different cultures intermingle.
