钢制安全壳作为AP1000与其他三代核电站的重大不同点,是与其非能动冷却设计理念密切相关的。作为非能动冷却系统中的关键物项,钢制安全壳的选材具有严格的要求,通过对比、筛选,调质状态供货的SA-738 Gr.B成为了候选材料。对其力学性能、焊前预热、焊接参数、焊后热处理及无损检测进行了探讨,并对未来应用中应着重解决的问题进行了介绍。
The steel containment is a significant difference between AP1000 and other third generation nu-clear plants, which is closely related to its passive cooling design. As the key component of passive cool-ing,there are many strict requirements on the material selection of AP1000 steel containment. After thecomparing and selecting, quenched-tempered(QT) SA -738 Gr. B became the candidate. The mechanicalproperties, preheat, welding parameters, post weld heat treatment ( PWHT), nondestructive examination(NDE) and other researches need to be done in the further are stated.
