摘要
爆炸焊接大厚度13Mn Ni MoR/S32168复合板作为一种新型材料,既保证了钢的原有抗高温、抗脆化、抗裂纹等特性,又兼具了耐腐蚀、耐氧化等优良性能,而且还节约大量的经济成本,对满足压力容器对材料的苛刻要求有着积极的推动作用。依据爆炸焊接基本原理,通过试验论证了爆炸焊接参数选择的可行性,并根据压力容器对13Mn Ni MoR/S32168复合板的技术条件要求,制定了合理的正火和回火工艺,解决了13Mn Ni MoR/S32168复合板热处理后理化性能不符合要求的难题。
As a new material of large thickness 13MnNiMoR/S32168 clad metal plats which was explosivewelded, it was not only ensure the original steel anti high temperature, resistance to brittle, crack resist-ance, but also the excellent properties of corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, as well as to save a lotof economic cost, and having a positive role in promoting to meet the pressure vessel in strict requirementsfor materials. Based on the explosive welding principle, through the experiment, it is demonstrated that theexplosion welding parameter selection is feasibility. The proper normalizing and tempering process are es-tablished according to technical requirements of 13MnNiMoR/S32168 clad metal plates in pressure ves-sels,so that solved the problem of the 13MnNiMoR/S32168 clad metal plate does not meet the require-ments after heat treatment.
