摘要
为了研究建筑工程废弃泥浆的快速泥水分离性能、提高泥浆泥水分离速率,采用化学絮凝的方法对建筑废弃泥浆快速泥水分离性能进行了试验研究.分析了多种无机絮凝剂、有机絮凝剂及复合絮凝剂对建筑工程泥浆的快速泥水分离性能的影响,得到了絮凝剂种类、添加量与泥水分离效果的关系.结果表明:有机絮凝剂对建筑泥浆具有较好的快速泥水分离效果,泥水分离后泥浆含水率小于50%,而无机絮凝剂和复合絮凝剂的泥水分离效果较差;从泥浆的组成及性质分析可知,加入的有机絮凝剂与泥浆颗粒之间除了有压缩双电层作用外,絮凝剂还起到吸附架桥的作用;经有机絮凝剂分离的上清液中,TN和TP含量达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》的一级A及COD_(cr)一级B排放标准.
To study the properties of rapid separation between water and slurry from construction engineering and improve its separation rate,Experiments in chemical flocculation methods were conducted,the influence on the performances of rapid separation between water and slurry by different flocculants including inorganic flocculants,organic polymer flocculants and composite flocculation were analyzed and the relationships among the type and adding amount of flocculants and the efficiency of separation between water and slurry were obtained. The results showed that organic flocculants had a relatively better effect compared with the inorganic flocculants and composite flocculants,and the moisture content of dewatered slurry could be reduced to below50%. With respect to the components and properties of construction slurry,the mechanism of separation between water and construction slurry was not only compression of double electric layer between organic flocculants and slurry particles,but also the effects of adsorption bridging action. What's more,the A standard of TN and TP and B standard of CODcrhad been obtained from experiments of water quality monitoring according to the "discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant".
