摘要 为解决目前农村供水厂监测所存在的无线通信障碍、污染预警滞后和成本高等问题,设计了一款无线传感器网络节点,用于组网实现农村供水厂水质的监测。节点以STM32F103ZET6为核心,WLK01L39射频芯片及其外围电路作为无线通信模块,传感器模块由美国ASI公司的水质溶解氧、p H、温度复合传感器以及Global Water公司的WQ730浊度传感器组成。为节点编写了通信协议、时间同步算法和应用程序。在软件设计上,节点采用睡眠、苏醒工作机制来降低功耗。对节点的功耗和通信距离进行了分析和测试,组网试验结果表明,节点运行稳定可靠,组网系统在空旷地带有效通信距离达到500 m,节点平均工作电流低于50 m A,休眠电流低于25μA。 A wireless sensor network(WSN) node is designed for monitoring of rural water supply plant in order to solve the problems of wireless communication barrier, postponed pollution warning and high cost, etc. The node uses a STM32F103ZET6 as a processing core, a WLK01L39 RF chip with peripheral circuits as wireless communication module, and a sensor module consisting of a mutifuctional sensor from American ASI for dissolved oxygen, p H, and temperature, and a WQ730 turbidity sensor from Global Water. The communication protocol, time synchronization algorithm and application program are designed for the node. A sleeping and waking up work mode is applied to reduce power consumption. The communication distance and power consumption of the node were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the node works stably and trustfully. The available communication distance is up to 500 m in the open area The average working current is lower than 50 m A as well as a sleeping current lower than 25 μA.
