西部地区民族相关问题维稳期刊文献呈现出许多新特点、新变化。在定量分析西部地区民族相关问题维稳期刊文献的基础上，梳理分析主要内容和基本观点，探索研究的特点规律和存在不足，期望能够为后续研究提供指导，为西部地区维稳实践提供借鉴。

The literature about ethnic stability maintainnce in China＇s western regions takes on some new characters and changes. Based on quantitative analysis of literature about ethnic stability maintainnce in China＇s western regions, this paper summarizes the main content and features and explores the laws and flaws. It aims at giving guidance for further research and providing experience and ref- erences for practice of stability maintainnce in western regions.
