摘要
军事期刊编辑要强化学术责任和文化责任，树立以反对学术腐败、求真务实、崇尚科学、追求真理的博大胸怀和价值意向；勇于承担责任，敢于坚持自己的意见，有分辨是非和判断正确与错误的能力；在文字上表现语言规范、在内容上表现文化先进性，并凸显军事文化安全意识，充分发挥军事期刊优秀文化的育人功能。
The military journals must strengthen the academic responsibility and culture responsibility and foster a broad mind and morally socend value academic corruption, pursues truth and hard working, advocates science, takes responsibility, persists one＇s own opinion, and has the ability to distinguish and judge in writing,journals maintain language standardization;in content, they should promate cultiice, highlight the security awareness of military culture and give full play, the educational functions of excellent culture of military journals.
