银蒿解热合剂质量标准初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立银蒿解热合剂中岗梅等6种药材定性鉴别的薄层色谱(TLC)法,为该合剂的质量标准提供实验室依据。方法通过TLC法对银蒿解热合剂方中岗梅、金银花、连翘、桑叶、柴胡以及绵马贯众进行定性鉴别。结果岗梅、金银花、连翘、桑叶、柴胡以及绵马贯众溶液的薄层色谱中,与其对照药材、对照品溶液均有相同颜色的斑点,且位置相对应的斑点明显,分离效果好。结论该法专属性强,重复性高且灵敏,方法可行,可作为银蒿解热合剂质量标准提高的项目及质量控制方法。 Objective To establish identification method of yinhaojiere mixture by thin layer chromatography( TLC) and provide experimental basis for improving the quality standards of mixture. Methods TLC was used to identify Gangmei( Radix et caμLis ilicis asprellae) Jinyinhua( Lonicerae japonicae flos) Lianqiao( Forsythiae fructus) Sangye( Mori folium) Caihu( Bupleuri radix) and Mianmaguanzhong( Pryopteridis crassirhizomatis rhizoma) in yinhaojiere mixture. Results In the color spectrum of TLC of Gangmei( Radix et caμLis ilicis asprellae), Jinyinhua( Radix et caμLis ilicis asprellae), Lianqiao( Forsythiae fructus), Sangye( Mori folium), Caihu( Bupleuri radix) and Mianmaguanzhong( Pryopteridis crassirhizomatis rhizoma) inyinhaojiere mixture, the same color dots were obtained in the corresponding positions of the color spectmms of control drugs and reference substances. The dots were obviously, good separation, easy to distinguish. Conclusion The method used for the study is specific, reproducible and sensitive method is feasible,, and be used as the experimental content for quality standard increasedc also as one of the means for the quality control of yinhaojiere mixture.
