基于纳米TiO_2薄膜的自清洁玻璃的制备 被引量:3

摘要 文章将溶胶-凝胶法制备的TiO2溶胶成功涂覆于玻璃表面,经热处理后获得具有纳米TiO2薄膜的自清洁玻璃。研究结果表明,自清洁玻璃的镀膜最佳层数为3层,最佳热处理温度为500℃时,XRD与SEM表征显示玻璃表面的TiO2为锐钛矿相结构,薄膜致密均匀,光滑透明且不开裂,TiO2颗粒直径约50nm左右;紫外-可见分光光度计测试显示,紫外光照后,制得的自清洁玻璃不仅具有超亲水性,还具有较强的光催化活性,有良好的自清洁能力。
