动力总成悬置系统布局对车身响应敏感度影响的研究

摘要 针对一台新开发的SUV车型动力总成悬置系统进行了车身响应敏感度CAE分析和物理样车整车的NVH性能测试,结果表明:对于横置动力总成布置,与传统4点悬置方式对比,采用3点悬置系统布置能更加有效地降低车身对动力总成激励的响应敏感度;在所开发的车型上采用3点悬置后,获得了很好的低频NVH效果. The body response sensitivity is analyzed and the vehicle NVH performance experiment is made for a new developed SUV vehicle. The results have been identified that, for the east / west powertrain layout,three point mount system is more effective in lowering the body response sensitivity compared with the traditional four point mount system. By using the three point mount system on the new developing vehicle,a good low frequency NVH has been obtained.
