摘要
中国特色社会主义的协商民主内含着为人民服务的道德意蕴。揭示这一问题,应在民主的目的性即利益这一根本上,以西方试图突破公共利益困境而引入协商民主并诉求于商谈道德的可能性入手,提供一种比较的视域;在展开中国式协商民主的人民利益至上性与为人民服务的逻辑关系中,凸显其协商民主的道德维度。从协商民主作为中国民主政治的特有形式和独特优势来看,为人民服务的道德支持条件是必然的。
Socialist Consultative democracy with Chinese characteristics contains the moral connotation of serving the people.The unveiling of such an issue should adopt a comparative perspective,based on the purpose of democracy,namely,interest,proceeding from the western introduction of consultative democracy and appeal to the possibility of consultative morality in order to break through the predicament of public interests.The moral dimension of consultative democracy with Chinese characteristics should be highlighted in the logic relation of the priority of people＇s interests and serving the people.Serving the people is essential to be supported with morality in view of the unique forms and advantages of Chinese consultative democracy.
