当代中国协商民主中的主体意识

On Subject Consciousness in Contemporary China's Consultative Democracy

比较学术的视角下,对当代中国协商民主中主体意识的基本理解需要立足于对主体意识及其所依附的"关系"的正确认识。基于此可见,造成主体意识张扬的现实障碍是主体意识之"主体"缺失、赢者通吃、主体意识表达话语体系之间的隔阂。相应地,必须加强弱势群体保护,因为只有"主体"才能"意识";必须设置与遵从公平体系,这是主体意识的基本依托;必须促成三种话语体系的契合与互通,这是主体意识表达的基本渠道。

Under the perspective of comparative academia,the fundamental understanding of the subject consciousness in contemporary China＇s consultative democracy needs to be based on a correct understanding of subject consciousness and the＂relations＂to which it is attached.Given this,it can be seen that the factual obstacles to the publicity of subject consciousness is the missing＂subject＂,winner-take-all,and the gap between discourse system of subject consciousness expression.Accordingly,the protection of vulnerable groups must be strengthened because only the＂subject＂can have＂consciousness＂;fair system must be set and complied with,which is the basis of subject consciousness;the coincidence and communication among the three discourse systems must be facilitated,which is a basic channel of expressing subject consciousness.
