摘要
根据创新科技人才的内涵和特点,提出了产学研合作创新人才培养的系统结构,并从高校、企业、政府三方主体的内部层面、外部层面及交互层面剖析了产学研合作人才培养的关键影响因素和相关假设。基于调查问卷和文献分析,建立了产学研创新人才培养实施的灰靶决策模型,实证分析了各影响因素对创新人才培养的影响及影响程度。最后基于计算结果给出了产学研合作创新人才培养的对策建议,系统揭示了产学研合作创新人才培养机制问题。
Based on the connotation and characteristics of innovative talents of science and technology,the system structure of innovative talent training is put forward with industry-academia-research cooperation and the key influencing factors and related assumptions are analyzed from the internal level,the external level,and the interactive level of the universities,the enterprises and the government.Based on questionnaires and literature analysis,the gray target decision model of innovative talent training is established and the impact of various factors on the innovative talent training is analyzed empirically.Based on the calculation results,the countermeasures and suggestions of innovative talent training are given and the innovative talent training mechanism of industry-academia-research cooperation is revealed.
