基于SECI模型移动学习在教师专业发展中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 知识管理中的SECI模型,教师的知识创新及专业发展具有重要的指导作用。依据SECI模型,应为教师创设各种学习场即原创场、对话场、系统场和练习场,以支持教师的知识共享与创新。移动学习设备提供多种技术及应用,能为教师的知识创新提供各种学习场。本文通过对基于"原创场"的社会化应用、基于"对话场"的外化应用、基于"系统场"的联结化应用,以及基于"练习场"的内化应用,论证了移动学习在教师研修、促进教师专业发展应用中的几个主要问题。 The SECI model in the knowledge management which plays an important role to the knowledge innovation and professional development for teachers. According to the SECI model,we should create all kinds of learning field,namely the original field,the dialogue field,the system field and the practice field,in order to support teachers' knowledge sharing and innovation. Mobile learning devices provide a variety of technologies and applications. It can provide a variety of learning field for teachers' knowledge innovation. This article through to the "original field"social application,based on the "dialogue field "outside of the application and coupling application system,based on the "System field "coupling application,and based on the internalization of "practice field"of application,demonstrates the mobile learning in teacher training,promote teachers' professional development in the application of the several main problems.
