摘要
芝加哥大学与复旦大学的通识教育课程存在很大差距。在课程目标方面,芝加哥大学强调有健全人格公民的培养,复旦大学则强调各方面素质的提高。在课程设置方面,复旦大学限定的必修课程比例偏大,且偏重于人文社科类课程。在课程实施方面,芝加哥大学更加注重学生的主体地位。在课程评价方面,芝加哥大学有中长期评价形式和质性计分方式,而复旦大学则没有。在课程管理方面,芝加哥大学设置分委员来管理各学科领域的课程,而复旦大学则推行专家会议制度和听课制度来提高课程质量。
There is a big gap in general education curriculum between Chicago University and Fudan University. In terms of curriculum goal,Chicago University aims to cultivate citizens who have sound personalities,and Fudan University emphasizes the improvement of qualities in all aspects. In terms of curriculum setting,Fudan University limits a larger proportion in the compulsory courses and Emphasis on the humanities and social science courses. In the implementation of curriculum,Chicago University pays more attention to student's subject status. In terms of curriculum evaluation,University of Chicago has a long-term evaluation form and qualitative way of scoring,but not for Fudan University. In terms of curriculum management,Chicago University sets sub-committee to manage the curriculum in different disciplines,while Fudan University carries out the system of expert meetings and lecture system to improve the courses quality. Therefore,we should learn from Chicago University and make use of its merits,and provide the related suggestions to general education course construction in China.
