摘要
新能源出力特性的研究对于低碳经济发展大背景下电力系统的规划运行至关重要。由于新能源出力的不确定性和随机性将对传统电网规划、设计和运行带来一定的影响。湖北风能和太阳能资源较为丰富,发展较为迅速。根据湖北新能源发电和负荷的历史统计数据,详细分析了影响电网的相关因素,包括新能源出力特性、湖北电网负荷特性、湖北电网调峰能力等,并指出新能源会恶化负荷特性,减小火电利用小时数,恶化系统的调峰能力等。这些结果对电网的规划设计和调度运行提供一定的依据。
with the development of low-carbon economy, it is essential to study the output characteristics of new energy for the power system planning and operation. Hubei province is rich in resources of wind and solar energy, so the new energy resources-based generation develops rapidly in Hubei. According to the historical statistical data of new energy resource-based generation and load in Hubei region as well as the prediction data of Hubei power grid planning, the related factors impacting Hubei ability of admitting new energy resources, including output characteristics of new energy, load characteristics in Hubei region, performance of generation units in Hubei power grid and the channel to transmit power outwards from Ningxia power grid, are analyzed in detail. The uncertainty and randomness of new energy output of will have a certain influence on traditional network planning and operation. The research results could be available for further study on Hubei power grid' s ability to admit new energy resource-based generation and the dispatching of Hubei power grid while new energy resource-based generation is connected to Hubei power grid.
