发展混合所有制,是深化国有企业改革的重要举措。科学协调和正确处理相关利益者的利益冲突和矛盾,是国有企业混合所有制改革成功的关键。改进和完善治理机制,是国有企业混合所有制改革的必由之路和有效途径。文章探讨了混合所有制企业存在的利益冲突,分析了化解混合所有制企业的利益冲突需要处理好的几个内在关系,从股权结构相互制衡、治理结构规范、文化融合及依法治企等方面提出了混合所有制企业的治理路径。

The development of mixed ownership is an important measure to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises.To scientifically coordinate and correctly handle the conflict of interests in stakeholders is the key to the success of mixed ownership reform of stateowned enterprises. It＇s a necessary and effective path to improve and perfect the governance mechanisms for mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises.This paper discusses conflict of interest in mixed ownership enterprises and analyses several internal relations to easing conflicts of interest in mixed ownership enterprises.It proposes governance path from checks and balances of the ownership structure, regulation of governance structure, cultural integration and law and other aspects of the mixed ownership enterprise governance.
