探究高校学生管理工作中的法律纠纷问题

随着我国教育体制的深化改革,高校学生数量逐年增多,高校学生管理工作难上加难。本着治学管理严谨的态度,现代高校越来越注重对于学生全方位的管理,但是在管理中依然出现了很多新问题,甚至产生了法律纠纷,而法律纠纷也是现代高校管理工作的难点。本文针对现有高校学生管理工作中易出现的法律纠纷,探究降低法律纠纷问题的管理措施和解决途径。

With the deepening reform of the education system in China, the increasing number of colleges and universities contributes to the growing number of students. Therefore, the management of colleges and universities for students becomes more difficult.Modern universities manage the students in all-round ways with rigorous attitude. But many new problems and even legal disputes still occur. Legal dispute is the importance and difficulty of the management of Modern University.As for the existing legal disputes in the management of college students,the article explores the management measures and solutions to reduce the legal disputes.
