摘要
高校班级要朝着和谐、健康、有序的方向发展进步,需要无形的班级凝聚力做保障。文章对高校不同专业、年级的班级做深度细化的凝聚力调研,制定科学的凝聚力量化指标。调查表明,安徽省内高校班级的整体凝聚力较强,其辅导员工作投入程度直接影响班级凝聚力高低。学分制下高校学生管理人员需由内而外共同努力,完善班级内部管理评价机制,用发展性评价激励每位班级成员,提升凝聚力助力班级发展。
The classes in colleges and universities should be developed and progressed towards the direction of harmony, health and orderly, which requires the invisible class cohesion as protection. This passage carries out profound and detailed researches and studies in allusion on different majors, grades and classes as to establishing the quantitative indicators of scientific cohesion. The researches and studies indicate that classes in colleges and universities in Anhui province are in possession of the strong and whole cohesion.The degree of counselors' job involvement impacts the level of class cohesion directly. Under the credit system, the students who are as managers in colleges and universities need to make efforts from inner to outer together to improve the class of internal management and evaluation mechanism, to encourage each member of the class with de velopmental assessment and to enhance the cohesion boosting the development of the class.
