Interpretation of the Variation of Film Subtitle Translation Model from the Perspective of Eco-translatology

生态译学观照下,影视字幕翻译的过程就是翻译模因的跨文化复制和传播。为适应译入语生态环境,翻译模因既要对以前的模因加以复制和继承,又会在复制和传播的过程中产生一定的变异,形成新的翻译模因,在变异中求发展。翻译模因的传播必须符合"变异、选择、保持"的规律,才能积极生存下来,并将源语的文化精髓传播到译入语的文化语境中。

Viewed from the perspective of Eco-translatology,the subtitle translation is the process of cross-cultural replication and spread of translation memes.In order to adapt to ecological environment of the target language and strive for the development,translation memes should mutate and form new translation memes based on replication and inheritance of the source information.The spread of translation memes must comply with the principle of＂mutation,selection and heredity＂to survive actively and convey the culture essence of the source language to the target language cultural context.In this paper,there＇s an exploration on meme mutation in subtitle translation from the perspective of eco-translatology,through which we can learn how to meet the needs of sustainable development of subtitle translation.
