摘要
吉林油田开发的双坨子、小合隆、长岭气田具有储层岩性复杂、埋藏深、地层温度高、压裂改造难度大等特点。针对这些特点研究了JK-1002高温羧甲基胍胶压裂液,该压裂液具有良好的耐温、耐剪切性能。室内试验中将JK-1002高温羧甲基胍胶压裂液与羟丙基胍胶压裂液对比,JK-1002高温羧甲基胍胶压裂液在摩阻性、破胶性、悬砂性、黏弹性上优于羟丙基胍胶压裂液。2012~2013年JK-1002高温羧甲基胍胶压裂液在吉林油田累计施工42口天然气井,注入压裂液143912m^3,支撑剂19374m^3,施工压力平稳,开发效果良好,得到了广泛应用。
The Shuangtuozi,Xiaohelong and Changling Gas Fields developed by Jilin Oilfield were characterized by complex lithology,deep burial,high formation temperature,difficult for fracturing reconstruction.In view of these characteristics,the JK-1002 high temperature carboxymethyl gum fracturing fluid was studied.The fracturing fluid had good temperature resistance and shear resistance.In the laboratory test,JK-1002 high temperature carboxymethyl hydroxypropyl guar gum fracturing fluid was contrasted with hydroxypropyl guar gum fracturing fluid,in friction,gel breaking,suspended sand and viscoelasticity,the JK-1002 high temperature carboxymethyl guar gum fracturing fluid was better than that of the hydroxypropyl guar gum fracturing fluid.In the period of 2012 to 2013,JK-1002 high temperature carboxymethyl gum fracturing fluid was used in 42 natural gas wells in Jilin Oilfield.Injection of fracturing fluid is 143912m^3,the support agent is 19374m^3,the operation pressure is stable,the development effect is good,and it obtains wide application.
