社区心理护理干预对原发性高血压病人知信行的影响

Influence of community psychological nursing intervention on knowledge-attitude-practice of patients with primary hypertension

[目的]观察社区心理护理干预对原发性高血压病人知信行调查评分及对血压控制的影响。[方法]选取社区360例原发性高血压病人为研究对象,通过建立健康管理档案、不良心理干预、疾病知识教育、生活方式引导及防治措施跟踪进行全面干预,观察分析干预后病人血压控制情况及知信行调查问卷各维度评分改善情况。[结果]干预后病人舒张压及收缩压均显著下降,干预后病人在知识、态度、行为方面各维度评分均高于干预前(P均<0.05)。[结论]通过完善的心理护理干预,能有效改善社区原发性高血压病人疾病相关知识认知水平,提高治疗依从性,改善生活方式,提升病人血压控制的稳定性。

Objective：To observe and analyze the influence of community psychological nursing intervention on knowledge-attitude-practice（KAP）survey score and blood pressure control in patients with primary hypertension.Methods：A total of 360 cases of patients with primary hypertension in the community were selected as the study objects.Health management files,adverse psychological intervention,disease knowledge education,lifestyle guidance and prevention and control measures were established to carry out comprehensive intervention.After the intervention,blood pressure control and each dimension score improvement of KAP questionnaire of patients were observed and analyzed.Results：Diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of patients significantly decreased after intervention.The scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior of the patients after the intervention were higher than those before the intervention（P0.05）.Conclusion：Perfect psychological nursing intervention could effectively improve cognitive level of patients with primary hypertension on disease related knowledge,improve treatment compliance and improve the way of life,enhance the stability of the patient＇s blood pressure control.
